Ok, so personally I really don't like the idea of a closed blog. It totally bugs me, and I hate having to add everyone that wants to see it. In my settings, I've turned the blog off to unsearchable by google and stuff, so no more creepy people hopefully. I'm just thinking of de-passwording the whole thing. Ideas? Thoughts?

Totally up to you. I made mine private for two reasons. One I was worried about cyberstalkers that may try to get Caitlin (happened to a lady on one of the websites I belong to, they had to shut down the hospital when she gave birth because the lady tried to come and steal her baby), and two I don't want any of my inlaws reading it. Can't stand them, they can't stand me so why should I let them read or see anything related to Caitlin.
I have mine set up as unsearchable, but I don't want to make it private because I love the random friends who have "found" me, and I don't know if either of the grandma's would keep checking it if they had to set up an account and log in each time (I know that I have only gotten 2 or 3 comments from family memebers in the almost year that I've been blogging, so I think that whole step may be too much for any of them!)
But I do sometimes feel like maybe I am too free with the blog--I have certain things I won't post, but I do put up a TON of pics and info about my kids--just no names or exact locations or whatnot. So I don't really see how someone could hurt them.
