My wish list

Saturday, July 5, 2008

I'm starting to think about stuff I want while I'm in the States. I can find anything there! So far here is my list. Any reviews, comments, suggestions.

Klean Kanteen Sippy Cup! Yeah for not being plastic!

Also on the no plastic bandwagon.

Stainless Steel kids set or click on the link at the bottom of that page and get stainless steel bento(lunch) boxes.

I'm also thinking about getting some hemp prefold diapers and newborn diaper covers. Any suggestions on where?

Oh and this!

Sleepy Wrap
Yes I am a sucker...oh well!

The Klean Kanteens look cool. We have used the Thermos Foogo/Funtainers and have LOVED them. It is nice because they are available at Target and Walmart, which makes it convenient!

You will love a wrap or any carrier for #2. It makes it so much easier to bond with the baby while still being accessible to your first.

Ohh I'll look into those when we hit Target.

I'll admit that I'm a bit of a wrap/sling/carrier addict. I probably don't need another one, but I love the way this one looks and what it does.

Nicole,
I had one of those type of wraps with M. Ours was an 'ultimate baby wrap', got it at BabiesRUS, its just another shipping/price option if you haven't seen it yet, looks like its almost identical. It worked for both J and I too, which is nice since we are SO different in size. It was really great for the park, not so great when its really hot though...

PS sorry I know I always do this to you. If you are a wrap/sling addict, have you checked out this website? http://www.wearyourbaby.org/
They show you how to make many different kinds of carriers, including a knit wrap like that. Our is seriously a long wide piece of knit with ring sling rings sewn into one end to secure the loose ends. You could probably make that depending upon how cheap fabric is where you are.
